Gorgeous natural stone and wood beams highlight our exclusive clubhouse that features a large kitchen with granite counters, exercise room, gathering room with grand stacked stone fireplace, outdoor pool, kiddie pool with splash pad, grill area with dining tables and a large patio area. A portion of the Clubhouse is available for free daily rentals for Members.

While Kelby Creek feels like country, we enjoy all the benefits of living in Nixa,
a suburb of Springfield, Missouri. Living in NIxa gives us city utilities, a stellar school system, our very own Main Street and America's one-and-only Sucker Days Festival! While we're proud to be the hometown of Jason Bourne, we also love that we're only 15 minutes from shopping and dining in south Springfield and a half hour from Branson and Table Rock, Bull Shoals and Taneycomo lakes.

If you are purchasing a lot, please note the following:
POA dues are $1,500 annually ($500 billed every four months)
Liquidated damage deposit is $1,000
Home Completition Assessment fee is $500
The vendor-supplied mailbox and post is approximately $1,200
or you can choose to get a P.O. Box
